PRODUCT
Polyacrylamide technical gel is a polymer product described for industrial clarification, filtration and centrifugation. The reference specification distinguishes top, first and second grades, with different viscosity and sedimentation requirements. These differences give procurement teams a starting point for identifying the grade required by their process specification.

The product is described as a jelly-like, viscous material ranging from light yellow to light brown. This is a gel product; enquiries should identify the required physical form explicitly so that a powder specification is not substituted during technical review.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
The documented application areas include solid–liquid separation in mining, coal processing, chemical production and paper manufacturing. Additional applications include sewage treatment and clarification of flotation tail waters. The catalogue also identifies textile sizing and finishing, agricultural structuring additives, and selected drilling-fluid uses.

Application suitability depends on the customer's process requirements. An enquiry for water treatment should identify the type of water and the intended treatment stage. Textile, agricultural and drilling applications should be described separately because their acceptance requirements may differ.

GRADE SPECIFICATIONS
Under the reference test conditions, minimum kinematic viscosity is 4.6 mm²/s for top grade, 3.0 mm²/s for first grade and 2.2 mm²/s for second grade. The stated test uses a 0.25% polyacrylamide gel solution in a 3% sodium chloride solution at 30 °C. These conditions are part of the specification and should accompany any comparison.

Minimum sedimentation speed on copper oxide is 12.0 mm/s for top grade, 8.0 mm/s for first grade and 4.0 mm/s for second grade. The residual acrylamide limit is 0.004% for all three grades, measured on the stated basis of a solution containing 1% main substance. The reference standard is TSh 6.1-00203849-64:1997.

PACKAGING
The documented packaging options are double polyethylene bags with a nominal product mass of 40 ± 1 kg, or metal containers with capacity up to 1 m³. A container's capacity does not establish its net product mass. Specify the required packaging format and shipment quantity so these can be confirmed together.

REQUEST A QUOTATION
For a professional industrial enquiry, provide the requested grade, total quantity, delivery destination and application. Include your required acceptance specification, packaging preference and any certificate or testing requirements. The quotation should confirm the product specification, packaging, documentation and delivery terms for that enquiry. If your purchase specification uses different test conditions or terminology, attach it for technical comparison before selecting a grade.
