PRODUCT
Potassium chlorate is listed in the reference catalogue as a technical chemical under GOST 2713-74. Two grades, A and B, are shown. The principal potassium chlorate requirement is the same for both, while some impurity and particle-size requirements differ.

This product information is intended for qualified industrial procurement. It provides a specification comparison for an enquiry, with the intended end use reviewed as part of the quotation. A grade designation should be included wherever it appears in the customer's purchase specification.

GRADE COMPARISON
Both grades specify a minimum potassium chlorate mass fraction of 99.8% on a dry-substance basis. Both also specify a maximum of 0.03% water-insoluble substances. The dry basis matters when comparing assay values from different documents, so the requested certificate should identify the reporting basis.

The maximum chloride content, expressed as calcium chloride, is 0.03% for each grade. The maximum sulphate content, expressed as calcium sulphate, is also 0.03%. Bromates, expressed as potassium bromate, are limited to 0.008%, and alkali, expressed as calcium oxide, is limited to 0.015%.

Organic matter is one stated difference between the grades: grade A has a maximum of 0.015%, while grade B has a maximum of 0.008%. An enquiry should identify which of these limits is required, instead of relying on the general product name alone. If particle-size distribution is a purchasing criterion, attach the required sieve specification and test method for review.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
The documented application areas include aniline-dye and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries, metal etching and chemical-industry uses. These broad industry descriptions do not establish suitability for a finished pharmaceutical product or a specific regulated process. Describe the precise legitimate industrial application so the applicable documentation and specification can be assessed.

PACKAGING
The reference packaging is a polypropylene bag with a polyethylene liner. The stated net product weight is 25 kg with a tolerance of ±1%. The actual package selection, shipment size and delivery terms need confirmation for the particular enquiry.

REQUEST A QUOTATION
Provide grade A or B, the required quantity, delivery destination and intended industrial application. Attach your purchase specification, including assay basis, impurity limits and any particle-size requirements. Identify the certificates or batch documentation needed by your quality team.

A quotation should confirm the requested grade, agreed acceptance criteria, packaging and commercial delivery terms. If your specification differs from the reference values shown here, identify each difference so it can receive a clear technical response before an order is agreed.
